Calicut University make a history after a long 16 year they enter the Semifinal of the south zone inter university basketball tournament here at SRM University in Chennai along with Jain University Bangalore, SRM Chennai and Hindusthan University Madras
In the qualifying matches Jain defeated defeated Kerala Univeristy, ?calicut beat last year champion Madras university score 64-39 top scores ,Riya 26,Elisabeth Hilarious 16,vimmy varkey 12, M.G. Uty lost to Hindhustan Uty in Quarter finals Score. 47-64 while Host SRM also quailed ?to make the final four qualifiers
