Kochi Stars the Women Champions 3x 3 Nationals Bronze for Cochin Customs

Bangalore - Kochi Stars the Kerala Champions of 3x3 anchored by Internationals Geethu Anna Rahul and Smruthy Radhakrishnan along with Kerala police seniors Surya P R and Sonumol Soman defeated Martha Yoddhas of Maharashtra 21-13 while Men Champion of Kerala Cochin Customs who have lost their Semi Final to the champion Punjab Steelers with professional players Amjoth Singh, Amrithpal Sing ad Arshpreeth Singh Buller (19-21) defeated Delhi Warrior 21-14 to claim the Bronze Medal here for the FIBA 3x3 National Championship of India, featuring city-based teams in each category (men and women) representing the affiliated units and State Associations of the Basketball Federation of India.

The champion team in each category will receive INR 75,000 runner up with INR 50,000 and Bronze Medalist with INR 25,000

They also will now represent India in the FIBA 3x3 Asia Quest Finals in Maldives later.

The women 3 x 3 Championship was also a come back for Arjuna Awardee Geethu Anna Rahul
