DOUBLE DELIGHT FOR PRANAV PRINCE AND ARJUN GETS HIS FIRST INDIAN CAP

Bangalore 29th June 2019 – The NBA Academy Lad Pranav Prince formerly from the St Josephs School Trivandrum who yesterday finds his place NBA Academy Games in the U.S. was delighted today when Basketball Federation of India announced him as the captain to lead the Indian U16 team to for the South Asian Basketball Association (SABA) U16 Qualifiers to be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh from 3rd – 7th July 2019.
Arjun Unnikrishnan from St Josephs School Pulicunnu also finds his first Indian Cap.
The Indian team will compete with Srilanka,Bangladesh and Nepal to qualify for the FIBA U16 Asian mens championship to be held in August.
The team was training under Serbian coach Veselin Matic at the Basketball Academy, Jayprakash Narayan National Youth Center, Vidyanagar, Bangalore from 03 June 2019, supported by Indian Coaches P C Antony from Kerala and Aman Sharma from Jammu and Kashmir.
