Sebastian P J Asst Coach the Only Representation of Kerala
The Indian men’s basketball team will participate in the BRICS Games 2017 in Guangzhou, China, from June 17 to 21. India have retained 10 of the 12 players who featured in the SABA Championship. Arshpreet Singh Bhullar and Amjyot Singh Gill are the new additions to the squad that successfully defended its title in Maldives. Sebastian PJ the Asst Coach is the lone Kerala representation in the Indian team , who is working with Kerala State Sports Council

The BRICS Games 2017 will help the Indian men prepare better for the FIBA Asia Cup 2017 in August, as it exposes them to higher calibre opponents like Russia (WR 9) and hosts China (WR 14).
