KERALA GIRLS LOOSE IN THE SEMI FINAL

Hyderabad,7th July 2017:
Kerala Girls lost to Tami Nadu 50-59 after trailing 23-32 at the half time here for the 34th Youth Natonal Basketball Championship here at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad.
Kerala now will take on the loses of Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh for the bronze medal match.
For Kerala Ann Mary zacharia was the leading scorer with22points.
Earlier In the morning for placement match Kerala boys defeated Karnataka 83-82 with Tom Jose leading the scoring with 35 points followed by Jerome Prince with 19 and Joshua makinh13.
Kerala Boys now will take on Uttar Prdesh for the 5th and 6th Position match.
